About 100 school companies from Germany and all over Europe presented their enterprises and exchanged best practice at the Fifth International School Trade Fair in Berlin, Germany on 01/02 November 2011.
Next to the other head organizations, Achievers International manned a stand and had invited three of its mini businesses to participate at the fair - two from Germany and one from Sweden. The three groups presented their products and marketing concepts. On the second day of the fair there were a particularly high number of visitors who showed an active interest in the young entrepreneurs and their business ideas.
One Achievers business of Private Gesamtschule Petershagen School in Germany promoted bio-coffee from Nicaragua. They offered delicious recipes of coffee mixed with caramel sugar, cream, chocolate, cherry juice and other mouth-watering flavours.

The idea for their mini business, which they named Elegancia, is to offer a wider choice of coffee and tea. To eliminate extra costs they aim to import the coffee directly from the wholesaler in Nicaragua. The mission of Elegancia is to save the employment of the workers on the coffee plantations and thus support them and their families.

The marketing concept of Elegancia was so convincing and impressive that a jury of marketing experts awarded the students who run Elegancia 2nd prize at the Trade Fair in Berlin for their presentation!
